Mobility scooter pothole accident causes arm injury to disabled person

This arm injury claim arose from an accident in which the wheel of a mobility scooter got caught in a pothole in the road.

Our client was a disabled man. As the footpath he normally used was blocked, he was forced to drive his mobility scooter along the road.
